Wednesday, 09.23.09: Paleo Salad Dressing

<< Return to Main Blog

For those you in attendance in San Diego for the Paleo Brands Seminar, we had a excellent salad dressing during lunch. It was so good in fact, their was an out cry it could not be made following Paleolithic guidelines. Once the crowd was re-assured the dressing was up to standards, the request was made to have the recipe posted. So here is the recipe...

Lemon Zest/ Lime Zest/ Orange Zest
Juice from a Lemon/ Lime/ Orange
Shallots
Garlic
Chives
Olive Oil
Egg Yolk
Honey
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Enjoy!

1. So what are the instructions to combine these ingredients? Also what quantities of each ingredient?

We have Step 1: Ingredients and Step 3: Salad Dressing. What is Step 2?

Thanks
